Executive Sous Chef

Addis International Catering [AIC] is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled person to support the Executive Chef and help lead our international team of chefs and catering personnel at our modern unit in Addis Ababa's Bole International Airport. AIC is a "boutique" catering operation built to the highest international standards. Providing catering and other services to quality carriers including Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways, Saudia and Kenya Airways we also cater large number of VIP flights to the most exacting standards. In addition, AIC has a rapidly expanding range of services into the domestic bespoke catering market as well as contracts with institutions.

Reporting directly to Exec Chef the successful candidate will have experience in food production and in international cuisine to the highest standards. A key quality will also be personnel management and cultural understanding of a multi-national workforce.

Pastry Chef

[AIC] is seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to support the Executive Chef and his team, as well as the catering development team at our modern unit in Addis Ababa's Bole International Airport. AIC is a "boutique" catering operation built to the highest international standards. Providing catering and other services to quality carriers including Emirates Airlines, Qatar Airways, Saudia and Kenya Airways we also cater large number of VIP flights to the most exacting standards. This exciting role is pivotal in our expansion of the domestic services as we invest in the local market for high quality Pastry and Confectionary products. The successful candidate will have a good track record of innovation and development in all areas of Pastry work. A key quality will also be personnel management and cultural understanding of a multi-national workforce.
