PRODUCTION




Our food production areas are equipped to the very highest standard with top quality catering hardware from top manufacturers. The temperatures in the hot and cold areas are computer monitored for food production within legal safety levels.

All refrigeration units are designed not just to chill but they are linked to a system which also heats water for the entire unit. In house waste disposal is managed by a completely sealed vacuum system that carries it from each area to a sealed container in a chilled area. Lead by our Production Manager, Chef Christian Bohrn, our team of chefs are trained in international cuisine. They also follow the best and latest hygiene practices.
